When Tim & Jackie, my sister, first got engaged they planned on having a big wedding Houston but the military had other plans. So instead that got married two months after getting engaged in Castine Maine.

Planning a wedding can be stressful when you have a normal timeline. Imagine if you had to plan a wedding in two Months. My family scrambled to plan the perfect wedding for Jackie and Tim. In fact, thats all we talked about for two months, we did not have time for anything else.

We quickly decided that Castine would provide the perfect last minute location. Jackie and Tim ended up getting married at the Episcopal Church in town and had their reception at the Castine Inn. It was the perfect summer day!

The last piece of our puzzle, when planning, was picking a rehearsal dinner location. We wanted a unique fun location that could host all of our friends and family members who where making the last minute trip to Castine. I had photographed a few weddings at the Wilson Museum and thought it might be perfect. Luckily for us it was available at the last minute.

Jackie and Tim where married on July fifth so they shared their rehearsal dinner with the Fourth of July. We tried to include a patriotic theme into their special night without making it too overwhelming.

The evening started with drinks on the porch of the learning center. We also had lawn games out. Following a few too many games of corn-hole, we moved inside the barn for a beautiful dinner and toasts.
